  • PERFECT REEL FOR POWER FISHING - Speed Demon Deadbolt baitcasting reels were designed to eliminate frustrations anglers were having with their drag slipping when fishing heavy cover. How? Simple. We eliminated it. As a result, the reel allows for powerful, slip-free hook sets and offers anglers the retrieving power that they need to get more fish to the boat through the heaviest of cover.
  • INSIGHT FROM THE PROS - This casting reel was designed in partnership with Major League Fishing Pro Angler and KastKing Pro Cliff Crochet. When he told us that "The only thing drag's ever done for me is get in the way or not do its duty", we decided to build a reel with no braking system, instead utilizing a spool locking physical design. There is no drag. This reel is locked down so it will not slip, even under the harshest conditions.
  • STRENGTH WITHOUT THE WEIGHT – Because the Deadbolt baitcast reel is built for power fishing and the most aggressive anglers, we had to build it tough! The KastKing Speed Demon Elite Deadbolt utilizes an exceptionally solid aluminum frame along with carbon side covers for zero flex. This reel maintains strength while eliminating weight, resulting in a reel that weighs merely 6.7 ounces but will stand up to violent hook sets and large fish.
  • SMOOTH AND RELIABLE – The DeadBolt baitcaster uses 10 double-shielded, stainless-steel bearings including two, free-spin super speed spool bearings that provide you with amazing ultra-smooth performance and extra-long casts plus an instant stop anti-reverse bearing for a total of 10+1 ball bearings. Spool breaking is managed with a centrifugal braking system and a fine-tuning Demon Eye for precise management of overruns and backlashes while still delivering long, accurate casts.
  • PREMIUM FEATURES THROUGHOUT – We've over engineered every component in the reel for tank like dependability. High performance gears made from solid brass and a hard anodized aluminum split main shaft deliver that solid feel. Stainless steel pawl and aluminum worm drive provide smooth performance and we even made the aluminum handle 25% thicker for even more strength and hook setting power.
