The rise of legged baits has shown just how important water displacement can be. The HuzzBug was built around that concept, combining a proven body profile with an entirely new leg design to create a bait that's as versatile as it is unique.

The HuzzBug features an elongated, ribbed body that tapers from a narrow head into a wider tail section, creating additional water displacement while maintaining a familiar profile that bass readily recognize. The ribbed body not only moves more water but also adds texture to help fish hold on longer.

Its defining feature is the innovative leg design. Each leg extends from the body with a wide, flat base before tapering to a distinct elbow where it turns 90 degrees into a subtle spade-shaped tip. This unique geometry allows the legs to displace water from virtually every angle, creating movement whether the bait is crawled along the bottom, hopped, or allowed to fall naturally through the water column.

Where the HuzzBug truly separates itself is on the fall. As the bait settles horizontally through the water, the wide leg bases catch water while the angled tips react with the slightest movement, creating a subtle, continuous quiver. Instead of collapsing against the body, the legs remain active throughout the descent, producing movement that continues until the bait reaches the bottom.
